We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst continually striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and therefore maximising the potential for increased sales.

Customer Service Advisor Overview
In this role you will be:
- Dealing with customer queries by phone and email.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and relevant correspondence.
- Building and strengthening relationships with customers and calling pro-actively whether with good or bad news.
- Endeavouring to ensure that the relationship with our customers is second to none.
- Progressing customer orders to ensure they are delivered on time.
- Liaising with other Masonite departments to ensure a high level of customer service.

About you!
- Strong previous experience in a customer service environment
- Manufacturing experience (but not essential)
- Experience on Microsoft package (Excel, word, power point)
- Organised, structured, and professional, with passion and drive.
- Flexibility, resilience, and ability to influence.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively as a team.
- Ability to prioritise and manage varied workload in a face paced working environment.
